Jay Manuel was wearing Tom Ford when presenting the Oscars from the red carpet. I love this jacket from the spring/summer 2010 collection. Many people were saying that this jacket was not appropriate for an event like the Oscars, but I personally think he looks great and stands out from the crowd as a presenter.
